Our Team Lead, David Baugh, is the person to have on your side when it comes to getting the most for your money. Dave also resides in Delaware, as a 9-year resident of Seaford. He is a non-profit founder and serves on the board of multiple organizations. His wife, Jess, is an Assistant Principal at Seaford Middle School. What this means to our clients is that Cornerstone is founded on building a strong foundation to help those in our community succeed. It is truly a part of our hearts.
Traci Clow, KW Transaction Coordinator and her team are the best there is! They keep close tabs on all documents, timelines, and vital information for a smooth sale. They work with us from the beginning of a contract all the way until after settlement, to help ensure that all of our clients are well taken care of.

Tina Renee
Her love for homes began in childhood, aspiring to be an interior designer or realtor. The humble and practical cleaning business Go Green Cleaning, LLC was formed in 2009. Thereafter, Tina graduated the Interior Design Program from the Arts Institute of Pittsburgh in 2015. She went on to work for Johnny Janosik’s World of Furniture as a visual merchandiser only to realize she enjoyed being self employed. At this point in time, Tina renamed her cleaning business,
